Training Profession like any other profession requires seven steps to be a trainer. You need to have a desire to be a trainer. The desire should be big enough. Donot argue here, whether desire has a size or not. It can be big or small ike fire. To get small heat you need to have a small fire, but if you are to get big heat you need to have a big fire. Same is the case with desire but the results are different. If you are interested to have Big results you will have to have Big desire but if you simply have a small desire, it will not give any result. As big fire gives big heat, small fire gives small heat - Big desire gives big results and small desire gives - wrong guess - small desire never gives results. It gives no results. When the desire is small, your planning, efforts, dedication, determination is half hearted and that is why it produces no result. To desire or to dream, both are almost simmilar terms. Just think, desiring or dreaming is easy or difficult. You might be thinking it is very easy, no my dear reader, it is most difficut thing in this world, yes, I am discussing desire only, not the efforts part yet. Let me explain this, suppose your father is a banker and is drawing 20000 bucks a month and your mother is a teacher with a salary of 15000 bucks a month, what you will dream to be? a banker, an insurance man, a doctor, a shopkeeper, a software engineer, etc. with a monthly package of say 30000 bucks or say 50000 bucks. Will you desire of starting an industry with a minimum investment of 25 billion US dollors. Oh generally not. That is the simple reason you consider desiring an easy thing. To desire is the most difficult thing in your life because you do not know how to desire. You desire something easy achievable. Is not it? Suppose you are planning to go to London or Washington or Moscow or New Delhi. You are going by air. You board a plane to your desired destination. You reach at your desired destination. You can reach a destination of your desire and no where else.
